Michael Faraday

Probably a typical story you might think, after reading that Faraday was a normal person working in a small book binding business and ended up discovering one of the world’s most renowned equations, after educating himself and attending lectures by his own will. Well it’s true. While Faraday was experimenting with Hans Orsead about the relationship between electricity and magnetism, he discovered the Law of Electromagnetic Induction. This basically turned his life around completely. What I also admire about him is that he was the first to explain his theory in simple terms, such ways everyone could understand, instead of complex and mathematical terms, which most scholars at that time only understood. And I’m starting to find a pattern among these discoverers: they all find some inspiration and ideas from Isaac Newton.
